Wednesdays: Full Body Strength & Conditioning with Gloria @ 5:30 PM

Class Details:

  • Instructor: Gloria
  • Duration: 45 minute full body
  • Intensity: High. Be prepared to sweat and work hard!
    • Increased strength and build muscle by using heavier weights and targeting specific areas of the body in each workout. 
    • Includes AMRAPs( as many rounds as possible) and EMOMs (every minute on the minute) to challenge everyone from the seasoned athlete to beginners because of doing this at your own pace with allotted rest times. 
    • Will improve strength while developing the ability to move powerfully and athletically in your everyday life.  
  • Equipment: All equipment is provided. Just bring your determination and a water bottle!
  • Experience Level: Suitable for all levels. Modifications will be provided for beginners.
